Integrated Merchant Go-live Checklist
You manage payments through your own software that’s integrated with Ezypay. Here are the checklist you need to fulfill before going live.
Pre go-live
The following checklist is used by Ezypay to assess the readiness of before we provide the production credentials to them. Use this as a guideline to plan for your go-live.
- Integrated merchant agreement signed
This contains the objective of this integration and the agreed commercials. - System demo provided
Ezypay required a demo to verify integrations reach Ezypay's quality standards. - Operation plan agreed
This covers new branches onboarding and support process after going live. - Integration setup and configuration signed
Documents to summarise the integration items of the integration.
Post go-live
The following checklist is to be performed after the production environment is up and running.
- Change to production client ID and client secret
Unique key for the partner. Every merchant onboard will reuse these. - Update endpoint to production
Make sure the endpoint is pointing to the production environment, not the sandbox. - Input the merchant credentials
Must be done every time a new branch is added to the system. Each branch will have their unique merchant credentials. - Setup the webhook
Must be done every time a new branch onboard
