Helpful Information
- Full or partial amount refund of an invoice can be made.
- Refunds can only be processed on invoices marked as "PAID" or "PARTIALLY REFUNDED".
- There must be sufficient funds in the merchants wallet before a refund can be approved.
- Refunds can only be done on the same payment method that was used to collect the initial payment.
