We have been busy towards the end of our financial year enhancing our product for you.

Enhancements

  • New Payment Method: Multiple services and APIs have been updated to support GCash as a new payment method offered to customers for billing and payments collection
  • Settlement Report Redesign: The Merchant Settlement PDF Report has undergone a facelift on its Summary Page to enhance user experience, improve readability, and provide better data insights
  • Ledger Improvements: Increased the connection pool for the ledger API to enhance performance and handle higher concurrency. Also updated the ledger to display a more accurate breakdown of data, enhancing clarity and detail in financial reporting.
  • Plan End Date Flexibility: In the non-integrated merchant platform, the UI is updated to allow users to change the plan end date after setup, giving more flexibility to the merchants to amend their plans
  • Report Date: The download report feature date has been enhanced to display the current date as default to allow better user experience with less friction in the non-integrated merchant platform
  • Webhook: More details related to invoices are now included in the transaction settled webhook event, reducing the need for additional queries
  • Merchant Onboarding: Whitelisted merchants are added into the new pricing structure workflow to ensure the pricing setup is aligned with sales agreement
  • Merchant and Billing Status: Consistent and accurate status information with changed sources of data for internal viewing
  • Invoice Search and Tracking: Faster and more efficient invoice search and status tracking mechanisms in the internal platforms

Fixes

  • Ossec Agents Update: Routine System Fix to ensure Smooth, Secure, and Stable Vault API and Gateway Services
  • Vault Security Fix: Better change detection and management in the backend processes
  • Non-integrated Merchant Platform: Multiple UI improvements for Billing day info, add payment method UI, and status change when cancelling a subscription, and subscription detail info updates when edited
  • Email Link: For our non-integrated merchant platform, we have updated the email link in the 'Add Payment Method' email. Users can now easily self-serve when they need to add an additional payment method.
  • Settlement Income Fix: Corrected an issue where one of the pricing costs was excluded from revenue calculation, ensuring accurate Ezypay revenue reporting

New Features

  • Wallet Service: Deployed a new wallet gateway service that enables payment processing for e-wallets, improving the flexibility and convenience of payment options for customers
